I started working with businesses in the Wenatchee Valley seeking High Performance in 2001. Since then my services have extended to Europe and Canada.

My mission is to teach and encourage others to be and have what they want; a task that requires a mutual commitment from the client and me.  It is this mutual commitment which makes our working relationships enjoyable and productive.

I have certifications with 360 Solutions, RanOne Consulting Group, One Page Business Plan and Profiles International, all consulting industry groups who provide leading-edge teaching and resources for today’s consultants.

My career has encompassed time with Corporations like AT&T, Harris Lanier, ARA Services and McCaw Communications, as well as small companies and entrepreneurs.

My wife, Carolyn and I have been married over 26 wonderful years and have raised two beautiful boys Andrew and Reed.
